He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Bloom and Irene Bloom (Kolb). He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Chad Bloom (Jhna) of Spicer and Molly Welch (Kyle) of St. Cloud; his grandchildren, Finley and Matthew Welch; and his brother Chris Roberts.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Willmar Public Schools Foundation to be used for school supplies.
