It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Osb Kathryn Casper (Saint Cloud, Minnesota), who passed away on June 18, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Casper and Madeline Casper (Kierian); and her siblings, Michael, Margery and Genevieve Betzen.

She is survived by: her brother-in-law Don Betzen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
