She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joseph and Anna Elizabeth Smith (Shea); her husband Herbie; her son John; and her sisters, Gertrude Smith and Helen Andreasen.
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Kay), Joe (Ann), Herb (Pat), Anne (John), Ed (JoAnn), Rob (Karn), Theresa Reisdorf (Paul) and Steve (Jenny). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, an ever-growing number of great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
