She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin L Haack (Mel); her parents, Levi Johnson and Helen Johnson; and her sister Maxine Lange. She is survived by: her children, Teri Haack, Jeff Haack (Sue) and Joe Haack (Amy); her grandchildren, Ashley, Jacob, Alex (April) and Amanda; and her great grandchild Jaxxon.
