She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Lezer (Nohner-Schmit) and Louis Lezer; and her brothers, Daniel Schmit, Dennis Schmit and William Schmit.
She is survived by: her husband Roger A. Chirhart; her children, Michelle Chirhart (Jerry Morford) of St. Cloud, Michael of Sartell and Mark of Minnetonka; her granddaughter Allison Stein; and her siblings, Jerry Schmit (Carol) of Ramsey, Betty Gaida of Holdingford and Gloria Lenzen (Don) of St. Cloud.
