He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Janey and Evangaline Janey (Lange); and his brothers, Gerald Janey, Gary Janey and Phillip Janey Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick Janey (Kathy) of Little Falls, Kevin Janey (Anita) of Little Falls, Jeffrey Janey (Rosie) of Little Falls, Mary Ann Klemmer (Pete) of Albany and Sharon Klisch (Dan) of Clear Lake; and his sisters-in-law, Anita Janey of St. Joseph, Mary Janey of Litchfield and Mary Ann Janey of St. Cloud. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church - Little Falls (305 4th St SE, Little Falls, MN 56345). A Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
