Margaret Kersting Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Kersting (Saint Cloud, Minnesota), who passed away on December 11, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Louis Fischer and Mary "Mae" Julie Fischer (Heim); her siblings, Donald (Joan), Jim (Irene), Rita Mae Fischer and Mary Terwey; her siblings-in-law, Carol, Jack, Wes, Judy and Elnora; and her son-in-law Lydell Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Kersting of Mary's Cathedral; her children, Joel, Kenny, Mary Kay, Allan (Kathy), Rita Anderson (John) and Julie Ann Keller (Al); her grandchildren, Jill Pavelich (Mike), Lee (Kelsey), Adam (Bekah), Ryan Kersting, Chad (Brianna), Tyler (Crystal) and Jordan Keller (Sydney); her great grandchildren, Brock, Emily Pavelich, Isaac, Jacob, David, Andrew Kersting, Blake, Beau, Avilee, Theodore and Oliver Keller; her brothers, Eugene (Joanne) and Mark (Pila); and her siblings-in-law, Joe Terwey (Kersting), Lorraine Paur, Marian Sakry (Jack), Ann Leedahl, Jeanette Kappel (Jean) and Tom (Barb).
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
Memorials preferred to Catholic Charities of St. Cloud, Quiet Oaks Hospice House, or St. Anthony's Catholic Church in St. Cloud.
