We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2022, Louis M. Palmer III of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Pam (Lundgren) and Lou; his siblings, Nia Primus, Sam Palmersten (Tamar), Martha Kocur (Eric) and Joe Palmersten (Holly); his niece Emily Primus; and his nephews, Cal Primus and Mason Kocur. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, his family would prefer donations to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) or the St. Cloud Great River Regional Public Library.
