She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Schmidtbauer and Eleanor Schmidtbauer (Behrendt); her husband Robert Skillingstad; and her sisters, Ione O'Leary and Karen Held.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Streeter of Sauk Rapids, MN, Cynthia Reid (Ralph Katka) of Foley, MN, Jane Warnert (Joe) of Sauk Rapids, MN and Tim Skillingstad (Tami) of Atlanta, GA; her grandsons, Adam Skillingstad (Christen), Travis Skillingstad (Ellen), Anthony Reid (Olivia), Mitchel Reid and Joey Streeter (Abbey); her great grandchildren, Leah Skillingstad, Calvin Skillingstad and Betty Streeter; and her siblings, Leon Schmidtbauer (Gayla) of Alexandria, MN, Lyle Schmidtbauer (Kim) of St. Cloud, MN and Diane Voss of Popple Creek, MN..
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Benson Funeral Home (1111 25th Ave S, St Cloud, MN 56301). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to Moments Hospice.
