She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Rushenberg and Agnes Rushenberg (Fleming); and her spouse Gene Ziehl. She is survived by: her son Scott Ziehl (Paula) of Clear Lake; her grandchildren, Danielle Schmiesing (Joe) of Clear Lake and John (Nikki); her brother John "Ozzie" Rushenberg of Mission, TX; her great grandchildren, Lily and Jack Schmiesing; and her close friend Kay Chmielewski.
