She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Brien and Sarah O'Brien (McDonnell); her husband Norman L. Virnig of Aidan's Catholic Church; her son Thomas; and her siblings, Peggy, Loretta, Patricia and Billy.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Virnig, Joy Brew (Doug, MD), Matthew Virnig (Linda) and Timothy Virnig (Erin); and her sister Barbara Arato. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
