She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Hamerlik and Bernice Hamerlik (Lommel); her husband Daniel Ehlert of Sauk Rapids; her children, Jessie Vos (Shawn) of Sartell, Cory Gardner of St. Cloud, Corey Ehlert (Amy Klug) of Sartell, Jason Ehlert (Adrian Mager) of St. Cloud, Kim Ehlert of St. Cloud and Kate Lutgen (Andrew) of Colorado; her sisters, Mary Gruska of St. Cloud, Nancy Beuning (Tony) of Brooklyn Park and Patty Berg (Jim) of St. Cloud; her grandchildren, Taylor, Caden, Jack, Jaira, Charlie, Lucy, Jordyn, Issak, Francesca and Anthony; her brother-in-law Frank Gruska; and her aunt Adeline Conlon. She was also cherished by birds, golfing, lunch with friends.
