He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sam Mottlow and Nicki Rott; his uncle Don; and his cousin Chelsea. He is survived by: his grandparents, Don, Clara Kikta and Nancy Mottlow; his parents, Scott Mottlow and Diane Mottlow (Kikta); his siblings, Melissa Hoel (Giles) and Sam Mottlow; and his nieces and nephews, Skyler, Sienna, Stone, Greyson, Pyper, Jazlynne and Treyton Smith.
