He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milam and Edna Milam (Frisell); and his brother-in-law Gerald Overman. He is survived by: his former spouse Jean Gruber; his wife Joanne Overman Storkamp; his children, John Milam Jr., Samantha Milam DuHamel (Rick), Jessica Zupansic (John) and Aaron Storkamp (Jen); his siblings, Melanie, Liz and Lon Milam; his mother-in-law Evelyn Overman; and his grandchildren, Morgan DuHamel, Madeleine Pruka (Eli), MaryJane DuHamel, Alyssa, Cole Storkamp, Connor and Addie Zupansic.
