It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome H. Schoenborn (Saint Cloud, Minnesota), who passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Schoenborn (Schultzetenberge) and Louis Schoenborn; and his siblings, Norbert, Arthur, Hildagard (Schmiesing), Rosemary and Dorine (Illies).
He is survived by: his brother David; his siblings-in-law, Alcuin Illies and Lidwina Schoenborn; his wife Bernice Zimmermann (Zimmermann); his children, Kathryn Ford-Ashouri (David), Carol Zweber (Peter) and Brian; his grandchildren, Megan Cook (Alec), Andrew Ford (Alice), Spencer Zweber, Katelyn Schoenborn and John Schoenborn; and his great grandchild Olive Cook.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the nursing program at the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University, St. Joseph, Minnesota, in honor of Bernice and Jerry Schoenborn.
