Panger (Saint Cloud, Minnesota), born in Aitkin, Minnesota, who passed away on July 31, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Schultz and Ann Schultz (Gray); and her sister Roberta Shorter (Andrew C.). She is survived by: her husband Kenneth J. Panger; her sister Marilyn Thompson (Bruce); her stepchildren, Christel Danna (Timothy Smith), Gene (Anne Fresilli-Panger) and Erick; her daughter-in-law Bobbie Panger; and her stepgrandchildren, Aaron (Manilla), Samantha Douglas (Destin) and Maija Laris (Michael). She is also survived by 7 step-great grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to be sent to Outreach Africa Inc; Tri-County Humane Society; or the donor's choice of a charitable organization.
