She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Kunkel and Rose Kunkel (Holthaus); her siblings, Harold, Donald, Victor, David, Daniel, Alphonse Kunkel, Bridget Wagner and Vera Kulus; her siblings-in-law, Wilfred Wagner, Neil Ackley, Gene Kuykendall, Helen Kunkel, Viola Kunkel, Janet Kunkel, Gertrude Kunkel and Heather Kunkel; and her grandson Dominic Albers.
She is survived by: her sons, Ron (Sheila), Tim, Doug (Jody), Jeff (Nancy) and Randy (Kathy); her grandchildren, Rachel Varner (Andy), Emily Salzbrun (Jeremy), Nikki Schaefer (Curt), Kenny, Krissy Christle (Cory) and Kendra Stein (Dan); her siblings, Beatrice Ackley, Joannie Helget (Butch) and Delrose Kuykendall; and her siblings-in-law, Dick Kulus and Sadie Kunkel. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to St. Wendelin Catholic School.
