She was predeceased by: her father Roger "Fuzzy" Schmid. She is survived by: her mother Florence "Bobbie" Schmid (Rupp); her siblings, Thomas Schmid (Karen Friedl) of Anchorage, AK, Sheila Ketcham (Matthew) of Independence, MN, Laura Schmid-Tyler (Steven) of Cumberland, WI and David Schmid of Orono, MN; her nephew Gabriel; and her nieces, Audrey and Lucy Ketcham (Paul Pearson).
