He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Polack (Herby); his stepfather Percy Morris; and his sister Sherry Tollefson. He is survived by: his father Leo Polack (Cleo); his wife Debra Franklin (Jensen); his children, Jennie Sandvig, Shawn Franklin (Laci), Scott Polack (Kelly Pickard), Steven Polack (Vanessa), Jamie Polack, Samuel Polack and Shane Polack (Claire Lentsch); his sisters, Lora Oberle (Joseph) and Patricia Kostuch (Greg); his grandchildren, Jordan, Joseph, Aubrianna, Easton, Makayla, Alexis, Kennedy, Samantha, Soren, Nora, Peyton, Allison, Cassidy, Rae and Percy; and his great grandchildren, Willow, Hazel, River and Xander.

Visitation was held on Friday, August 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michaels Catholic Church (1036 Co Rd 4, St Cloud, MN 56303). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, August 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials will be donated to U of M Children's Hospital and PanCAN.
