He is survived by: his spouse Neomi E. Bresnahan; his children, Christine Schmidt of Overland Park, KS, Brenda Ewing (Billy) of Ballwin, MO and Aaron (Amanda) of Saratoga, CA; and his grandchildren, Emma Schmidt, Connor and Sophia Burgmeier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
