Ernest W. Thompson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernest W. Thompson of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, born in Devils Lake, North Dakota, who passed away on July 21, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest C. Thompson and Ethel Thompson (Simon); his grandchildren, Nicholas Hoium and Sydney Thompson; and his siblings, Lester, Earl and Viola Grimsley.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Helen Beam of Sauk Rapids; his sons, Sharyn Hoium (Richard) of Stacy, Gary (Colleen) of Sauk Rapids, David (Gretchen) of Ormond Beach, FL, Chuck (Stacy) of Sartell and Tim (Theresa) of Mayer; and his siblings, Shirley Whiting of Long Prairie and Marvin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
