He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Neil, Sally Hilary, Henry G. and Geraldine Geers; and his aunt Sandra Rothstein.
He is survived by: his parents, John Geers and Carol Geers (Hilary) of Rochester; his siblings, Stephanie Duda (Jim) of St. Michael, Heather Helberg (Josh) of Clear Lake, Aaron Geers (Jaime) of Dodge Center and Emily Sigrist (Josh) of Cottage Grove; his nieces and nephews, Jannel Jensen, Jessica House, Jolene, Jared Duda, Molly, Elijah Helberg, MacKenzie, Gabby Geers, Julian, Ada and Jacob Sigrist; his great-niece Callie Weber; and his great-nephew Brody Jensen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, coworkers, students, and friends.
