He was predeceased by: his parents, Herlof Jacobson and Esther Jacobson (Jorganson); his siblings, Lyle, Glenn, Richard, Les, Blanche Nelsen, Lois Knoben and Shirley Londgren; and his granddaughter Kari.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Versaevel of St. Cloud; his children, Kevin of Morristown, Karla Hennemann of Sauk Rapids, Kelly (Shelley) of St. Cloud, Ken (Jill) of St. Joseph and Kris Klatt (Scott) of Watkins; his siblings, Jim (Gladys) of Marshall, Janet Van Dorpe of Burnsville and Curtis (Carol) of Chaska; his grandchildren, Keith, Sam, Tom, Tess, Bret, Alex, Alli, Kyle and Abby; and his great grandchild Evelyn Rose. He is also survived by four step grandchildren.
