He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarence, Clara Macken, Elwin (Bud) and Helen Ebaugh. He is survived by: his parents, David Ebaugh (Vickie) and Sharon Ebaugh (Macken); his brothers, Jason, Nathan and Matthew; his aunt Judy Macken; and his uncle Tom Ebaugh (Melinda).
