He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Tollefson and Lois Tollefson (Holmes); and his sisters, Lorri Summers (Randy Schwartz) and Patti Trujillo. He is survived by: his close friends, Voodoo Dan, Captain Dan, Dan-Dan, Papa Legba, Brother Dan and Dan-O; his wife Patty Tollefson; his stepson Jeff Clark; his grandson Odin Clark Rakotz (Tank); and his sisters, Dorri Nelson (Kelly) and Tammi Tollefson. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
