Dale J. Schlangen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale J. Schlangen (Saint Cloud, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Schlangen and Juanita Schlangen (Renneker); and his brothers, Virgil and Kevin Schlangen. He is survived by: his wife Julie Spanier of Margaret's Catholic Church; his children, Nicole Larson (Adam) of Prior Lake, Tony (Pam) of Sauk Centre, Jacque Kelly (Wade) of Lake Henry, Andrea Benzine (Marshall) of Bloomington and Erika Skogen (Elliott) of Ramsey; his grandchildren, Hailey, Luke, Addison, Emma Schlangen, Cooper, Carly, Cullen Kelly, Isaac Benzine and Everett Skogen; and his siblings, Jane Konz, Karl, Gary (Janet), Leo (Marlene) and Scott (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A rosary was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the St. Margaret's Catholic Church. Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
