He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tadych and Sophia Tadych (Ritzko); and his wife Mary Lou. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Lou Ziebol of Anthony's Catholic Church; and his children, Clarence M. Tadych of Sauk Rapids, Susan Linquist (Mike) of Waite Park, Kim Tadych of St. Cloud and Lisa Tadych (Todd Hofer) of St. Cloud. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
