She was predeceased by: her parents, George Olson and Mary Olson (Slater); her husband Joseph L. Koch; her son-in-law Dennis Lloyd; and her sisters, Georgina Klugman and Alice Swenson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Frank (Bill) and Mary Jo Lloyd. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
