We bid farewell to Auggie Grapentin of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 2, 2024 at the age of 87. Auggie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Grapentin and Eva Grapentin (Steeves); his wife Colleen Peterson; and his sisters, Grace Anderson (Burton) and Iris Cameron.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Grapentin of St. Cloud and Kelly Grapentin Nelson (Steve) of Andover; his grandsons, Brady Nelson of Blaine and Kal Nelson of River Falls, WI; and his sister Lois Anderson of Machesney Park, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
