He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Jean Hicks; and his grandmother Valgene Williams. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tucker-Hicks; his daughter Nancy Luie; his sister Tracey Luckett (Ronald Mitchell); his nephews, Thomas Gentry, Torrey Gentry and Tashaun Luckett; his brother Christophe Hicks (Pamela); and his nephew Tony Gaines (Shawana Knockum). He is also survived by cousins, great nieces and great nephews, family and friends.
