She was predeceased by: her parents, Lundy Earl and Nancy Victoria; her husband Rollie Hoover (George Rollin); and her brother Charles Stuart Welborn. She is survived by: her son Dr. Steven M. Hoover (Chris) of St. Cloud, MN; her grandsons, Travis J. Hoover (Rebecca) of Elk River, MN and Nicholas A. Hoover of Denver, CO; her great grandchild Liam M. Hoover of Elk River, MN; and her siblings, Sue Fioritto of Elkhart, IN and Richard Welborn (Greta) of Syracuse, IN..
