She was predeceased by: her parents, Iven Fairchild and Joyce Fairchild (Ufkin); and her sisters, Connie Woolverton, Rebecca Fairchild and Twila Fairchild.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Wells (Andrea Henry), Nathan Wells (Michelle) and Brittany Zieman (Zak); her grandchildren, Evelyn Wells, Nova Zieman, Sylvia Zieman, Nicholas Tracy, Christian Tracy and Penelope Wells; her siblings, Todd Fairchild (Tammy) and Cheryl Fairchild; and her nieces and nephews, Kristen Constans (Rich), Lacey Koshenina (Jerry) and Vanessa Mustafa (Jabran).
