He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jean Horsman; his children, Kevin Schultz (Kim), Trevor Schultz and Kym Shealy (Mark); his grandchildren, Chris Schultz (Katie), Cory Schultz (Heather), Hope Fohrman (Austin), Josie Schultz, Jessica Alexander (Isaac), Aly Shealy, Emy Shealy (Thomas Boales) and Hanalise Shealy; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Cameron Schultz, Chandler, Anastasia, Bennett, Joey Fohrman, Addie Welp, Jamison Alexander, Nevaeh and Dash Boales; his siblings, Soni Daywitt (Paul), Pam Keith, Pat Rainey (Owen) and Loni Schultz (Kelli); and his brother-in-law Dale Horsman (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
