He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Speth and Zelda Speth (Payne); and his siblings, Dallas "Tex" Speth (Lou), Richard "Dick" Speth (Sharren), Darlene Nichols (Nick) and Patricia "Pat" Duke (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Speth; his children, Rick Harcey (Pamela), Rodney Harcey (Carol) and Shianne Mullikin (Josh); and his brother Gary Speth (Valerie). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other extended family, and friends.
