It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara L. Melby of Saint Charles, Minnesota, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Jermstad and Lula Jermstad (Christenson); her brother Claremont; and her parents-in-law, Gus and Thelma Melby.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Gerald Melby; her children, Melva Krehmeyer (Jerry), Nola Dunn (Gary), Geri Lynn Seinola (Scott) and Matt Melby (Laura); her grandchildren, Sarah Adler (Mike), Jacob Dunn (Christina), Julie Anderson (Rees), Barbie Collins, David Dunn, Benjamin Seinola (Rebekah), Courtney Entringer (Bill), Jared Seinola (Hannah), Christian Melby and Cade Melby; her great grandchildren, Ellisyn, Kailyn, Avory, Anfin, Preston, Emmett, Rachel, Boston, Baya, Charlee, Kiki, Teagan, Taela, June, Willa and Jacob; and her sister-in-law Linda Jermstad. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
