He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Dawn Peterson (Mark) of Big Lake, Peter Hilgers (Diana) of Jordan and Jason Hilgers (Erica) of New Germany; his granddaughters, Jessalyn Hilgers, Vidalia Hilgers, Jill Hilgers, Brielle Hilgers, Penelope Hilgers and Annalee Hilgers; and his siblings-in-law, Fred Huemoeller of Burnsville, Berdie Hartman (Leon) of Shakopee, Joe Deutsch (Edith) of Jordan and Rita Steinhoff (Louis) of Shakopee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
