He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Shaw and Bonnie Shaw (Lancaster); his wife Trudy Cornelius; his daughter Jennifer; his siblings, Michael Shaw and Pamela Shaw; his son-in-law Brent Anderson; his parents-in-law, Allen and Ramona Cornelius; his brother-in-law Tim Ruzicka; his nephews, Joseph Cornelius, Joshua Cornelius and Christopher Long; and his niece Amy Jo Long.
He is survived by: his son Nicholas Shaw (Gwen); his granddaughters, Brynn, Eve, Stella and Grace Shaw; his sisters, Terri Thostenson (Jon) and Gail Ruzicka; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Norgaard (Loren), Karen Renneke (Mark), Linda Lewison (Ben) and David Cornelius (Sharon).
