It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell G. Anderson of Saginaw, Minnesota, born in Henning, Minnesota, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Anderson and Edna Anderson (Kuivinen); his wife Marlene Johnson; his siblings, Douglas, Oliver (Violet), Joyce Anderson, Romayne Bjonskaas (Norman), Ruby Roland (Harold) and Vina Roland; his grandsons, Timothy Stoddard and Zachary Kubis; and his sons-in-law, Tom Stoddard and Eddie Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Fay Haluptzok (Tim) of Carlton, Cheri Thompson of Saginaw, Craig Anderson (Karen) of Saginaw and Dale Anderson (Debbie) of Cloquet; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Anderson of Washington, Melvin Roland of Duluth, Irving and Harlan Johnson of Duluth. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and one on the way; five step grandchildren; seven step great grandchildren; 11 step great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Due to the resurgence of COVID Private family services will be held.
