He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Edward and Elfrieda Verna Blagsvedt; his wife Dorothy Marie Eithun; and his sons-in-law, Ronald Peterson and Joe Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kay Marie, Carol Jean and Pamela Sue; his grandsons, Richard (Brenda), Brian (Stephanie) and Mitchell (Kelsey); his brother Wayne Blagsvedt (Marian); his sister-in-law Janet Bremseth (James); and his close friends, Arden Flaata and Bob Barwick. He is also survived by 2 step-grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 8 step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Our Savior's Lutheran Church or the Renville County Walk in the Park.
