With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kristene V. Halsne of Ruthton, Minnesota, born in Flandreau, South Dakota, who passed away on January 19, 2022 at the age of 54. She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Halsne; her son Justin Halsne; her siblings, Bradley Hammer and Lynette Marie; and her mother-in-law Jean.
She is survived by: her parents, Norman Hammer and Marion Hammer (Moen); her daughter Megan Obr (Shawn) of Yankton, SD; her grandchildren, Jakobi, Drayden and Ezlyn; her brother Brian Hammer (Tammie) of Flandreau; and her father-in-law Bill Alderson. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
