She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward and Dolores Helen Lens (Roeman); her husband Larry Otter; her mother-in-law Marge Pater; her siblings, John Lens and Joesphine Hazzard; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Otter, Arvin Otter, Norbert Jacobsma and Sandy Otter.
She is survived by: her children, James Otter (Jenny) of Pipestone and Krista Otter of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Dylan, Allissa Arndt, Braden, Keegan and Amelia Otter; her great grandchild Levi Arndt; her siblings, MaryAnn Schaff (Darwin) of Larchwood, Roger Lens of Sioux Falls and Richard Lens (Marsha) of Independence, Iowa; and her siblings-in-law, Barry Otter (Brenda), Dora Lupkes (Don), Mark Otter, Mary Kleinjan (Tom Spartz), Linda Fiedler (Rick), Phil and Shelley Jacobsma. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
