She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Glenn Wheeler and Hulda Bernice Jacobson Wheeler; and her husband Russell Ross Garrett. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Gyarmathy (Kenneth) of College Station, TX and Casey Baggott (Robert) of Victoria, MN; her grandsons, Whitney, Griffin and Blake Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Clara, Simon and Henry Alexander.
Memorial donations may be made in Joyce's name to the American Heart Association.
