She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clarence, Jeannette Pulsfus, Russell and Margaret Leonard. She is survived by: her parents, Dick Leonard and Connie Leonard (Pulsfus); her children, Nicholas (Nick), Madeline (Maddy) and Devin Anderson; her sister Michelle Leyer (Greg); her fiancé Steve Hanson; and her former husband Jon Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be directed to a fund for her children's education.
