He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dvorak and Helen Dvorak (Tracy). He is survived by: his wife Luanne Burke of Joseph's Catholic Church; his children, Teresa Dvorak of Rushford, Timothy Dvorak of Mantorville, Brian Dvorak (Christine) of Rochester and Christian Dvorak (Alison) of Rushford; his grandchildren, Sam, Anna, Adam, Jackson, Joseph, Jace, Brynn and Drew; and his sister Rose Marie Anderson (Harvey) of Naples, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
