He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julian Eide and Agnes Eide (Jonsgaard); his wife Bette Soiney; his children, Bonnie Olson (Jerry), Gerald Eide (Ellen), Larry Eide (Kathy), Rita Exe (Wayne), Gaylin Eide and Randy Eide; his grandchildren, Angela, Michelle, James, Kimberly, Kelly, Christopher, Adam, Gerrad, Travis, Trever, Tyler, Stacy, Bradly, Heath, Mitch, Crystal, Jessica and Jason; his brothers, Maynard and Clifford Eide; his daughters, Julie and Connie; and his grandson Ricky. He was also cherished by forty four great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
