He is survived by: his wife Tina Westby; his children, Amanda, Danielle (Andy) and Kasey; his stepson Waylon; his stepmother Joyce Olloff; his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Chasten, Tristan, Madi, William, Bella, Harper and Aly; his nieces and nephews, Trevor, Traye, Tye and Lierin; his siblings, Kris, Bryan and Kim; his close friend Cole; and his pet Norm.
