He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Jacobson and Gertrude Jacobson (Henze); and his sister Viola Cordes. He is survived by: his former spouse Delaine Johnson; his wife Carolene Hahn; and his children, Howard Jacobson (Elizabeth), Denise Pflughoeft (Richard), Doreen Reed (Dean) and Fay Olson (Charles). He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
