It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen A. Overland (Rushford, Minnesota), born in Spring Grove, Minnesota, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Maland and Violette Maland; her brother Eric Maland (Judy); her husband Clair; her son Philip; her children-in-law, MaryAnne and Jerry Bunke; and her parents-in-law, Hans and Emma Overland.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Klema (Jerry) of Roseau, MN, David Overland (Julia) of Honolulu, HI and Lori Benson (Perry) of Houston, MN.; her grandson Gabriel Bunke (Thora); her children, Taylor, Boe, Britta, Michael Klema (Melissa), John, Paul, Cora, Nell, Gus, Sara Klema Lutz (Ken) and Brett Benson (Heather); her grandchildren, Braxten, Lennox and Tanner Benson (Megan); her son Ryker; and her sisters, Gwen Curtis, Joanne Ellertson (Norm), Rose Hughes (Dan) and Sharon Banitt (Paul). She is also survived by children, grandchildren, friends and extended family.
