With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Peterson (Rushford, Minnesota), who passed away on July 11, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Overland and Olga Overland (Helleland); her husbands, Gordon Jerviss, Art Peterson and George; her stepdaughter Ramona Trentz (Jerviss); her brothers, Robert and Willard Overland; and her brother-in-law Carmen Johnson (Ron Simpson).
She is survived by: her children, Shelley Jerviss, Larry Jerviss, Brian Jerviss (Lisa) and Lee Jerviss (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Eric Jerviss (Meghann), Luke Jerviss (Christian Cancino), Kelly Jerviss, Keith Britson (Adrienne), Shawn Britson, Stuart Britson (Alyssa), John Trentz (Jessica) and Paul Trentz (Kari Schmidt); her great grandchildren, Carson, Emmett, Claire, Molly, Joanna Jerviss, Allison Trentz, Kyle, Tyler, Riley, Paisley, Brinley, Bennet, Abram and Livian Britson; her nephew Steven Johnson; her nieces, Connie Johnson Simpson and Fay Himlie (Ross); her great-nieces, Nell and Leah; and her sister-in-law Irene Overland.
She loved doing embroidery (she was famous for her embroidered kitchen towels and donated many sets to charity auctions) and crocheting, dancing, Polka music, gardening, playing Bingo, Rook, and other card games.
