He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Vogen and Esther Vogen (Paulson); and his daughter Leann Vogen. He is survived by: his son Larry (Kimberly) of Winona; his wife Marlys Marveson; his grandsons, Jeffrey Vogen (Kelly) of Sun Prairie and Bradley Vogen (Emily) of Waterloo, WI; and his great grandchildren, Carl, Molly, Reese and Avery. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
